Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By playing “Bober, kurwa!” (the “game”) on boberland.com, in Telegram or on Android, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. Contact: [email protected].

2. Age

The game is intended for players aged 16 and over. Its title and some jokes contain mild profanity.

3. Your account

In Telegram your game account is linked to your Telegram account. Keep it secure — we cannot restore access to a Telegram account. One player, one account: do not use bots or scripts, and do not sell or transfer accounts.

4. Fair play

Results are checked on the server by replaying your actions. Do not modify the game, tamper with requests, exploit bugs on purpose or interfere with other players. We may reset results, remove items or block accounts that break these rules.

5. Virtual currency and items

• Acorns, energy, cosmetics and other in-game items are a limited licence to use them in the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred outside the game.
• In Telegram, digital items are sold only for Telegram Stars. By buying, you also accept Telegram’s terms for Stars.
• Items are delivered right after payment is confirmed. If something does not arrive, contact us via /paysupport in the bot or by email.
• Refunds are made in Stars where an item was not delivered or was charged by mistake, or where the law requires it.

6. Ads

The game may offer optional ads in exchange for in-game rewards. A reward is credited only after the ad network confirms the view.

7. Intellectual property

The game, its code, art, characters and texts belong to the developer. You may share screenshots and videos of gameplay, including monetised ones, as long as you do not suggest an official endorsement.

8. Availability and changes

The game is in active development and is provided “as is”. Levels, balance and features may change, and the game may be temporarily unavailable. We may end the service; if that happens, we will give at least 30 days’ notice in the game.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
