1. Who we are
“Bober, kurwa!” (the “game”) is an independent game made by a solo developer, published at boberland.com and as a Telegram Mini App. The developer is the controller of personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect

We do not collect your phone number, contacts, precise location or payment card details. Payments in Telegram Stars are processed entirely by Telegram.
3. Legal basis
We process data to provide the game you asked for (performance of a contract — sign-in, progress, purchases) and on our legitimate interest in keeping the game stable, fair and secure (statistics, anti-cheat, rate limiting). Where the law requires consent, for example for personalised ads, the ad provider asks for it.
4. Advertising
The Telegram version may show optional rewarded and interstitial ads provided by Adsgram (adsgram.ai). When an ad is shown, Adsgram receives your Telegram user ID and technical data needed to serve and count the ad, under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers ourselves.
5. Who else processes data
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, database and network (Cloudflare Pages, Workers, D1).
- Telegram — sign-in, Mini App platform and Stars payments.
- Adsgram — ads in the Telegram version.
- Google — only in the future Android version, for distribution through Google Play.
Some of these providers process data outside the EEA; they rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
- Account and progress — until you ask us to delete them, or 24 months after your last visit.
- Gameplay events and attempt records — up to 12 months.
- Rate-limit counters with IP addresses — minutes to hours.
- Purchase records — as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing, and you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Write to [email protected] with your Telegram username or ID; we answer within 30 days. See Support for how deletion works.
8. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use cookies or analytics. The game stores a device ID, settings and a session token in your browser’s local storage so it can remember you between visits.
9. Age
The game is intended for players aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from younger children; if you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date above. Significant changes are also announced in the game.
